I'm On A Spending Ban - Project Pan.

It's no secret that I am addicted to makeup/skincare, basically anything beauty related I'm addicted to really. It's something I really enjoy and have a passion about and let's face it, there's a lot worse things out there I could be addicted to. Over the years, my makeup collection has grown and grown, I mean I have over 60 eye shadow palettes in my collection and I bet I have around 150 lip products too. It's quite obvious a collection of this size has set me back quite a bit of money, so I've decided once and for all, to go on a spending ban. I've decided throughout February, March and April, I will not buy a single beauty product (with the exception of deodorant, shampoo or other bath stuff - if I run out, which I think is unlikely).

Whilst I'm on a spending ban, I thought it would be a great time to shop my stash a little bit more and do a project pan. I got the idea from Charlotte and like Charlotte, I've decided to try use up 19 things in 2019. So today I will be showing you 19 beauty related products I want to try and use up this year.
When I first for this, I loved it. I totally forgot I had it in my collection so I'm hoping to get more use out of it this year. Obviously as I keep banging on about my skin and how dry it is at the minute, it might be hard to use it as much as I'd like, but I'm hoping my skin will improve soon and I'll be able to wear this a lot more.

This has been in my collection for ages now and shock - it was unopened. That's the reason I added it to my project pan as it would make me open it and use it. I love cream highlight so I shouldn't find it too hard to use.

MAC Lipstick | £17.50
I have around 40 MAC lipsticks in my collection, some are more loved than others so I tried to pick one that hasn't been shown a lot of love. I've decided to try use the shade 'Angel' more. I've had it in my collection for ages now and I've worn it a couple of times but I need to show it more love.
L'Oreal Brow Pomade | £9.99
I bought this pretty much as soon as it was released and just never really reached for it. As you can see from the useage above, it's pretty much a few brush strokes that I've used. I do love using brow pomades so I'm excited to start using this a lot more.

Colour Pop Lip Gloss | $6.00
You should know, I'm a massive fan of lipglosses, I have many in my collection and I find I reach for the same ones all the time. I've a few Colourpop ones in my collection, I just never really reach for them as they are separate from the rest of my gloss collection. I've decided to try use the shade 'Double Tap' more this year and I cannot wait to start wearing it.
MAC Studio Fix Powder | £26.00
I'm sure you all know by now how much I love the Rimmel Stay Matte powder, I've worn it pretty much everyday since I was 14. I have plenty of other powders in my collection I just never reach for, however, I've decided to get more wear out of this one by MAC. It cost me so much money, it's about time it got some use.
Too Faced Milk Chocolate Bronzer | £25.00
I think the packaging shows just how long I've had this bronzer and you can tell I loved it as I have already hit pan, I added this because it needs to leave my collection. It's old and needs using up. I love Too Faced products so I should have no problem using this up.
Again, another product I've had in my collection for a while, yet never used. I've no idea why I've never used it either as it's stunning! I'm sure I'll get plenty of use out of this as I think it's beautiful.
Charlotte Tilbury to me is such a luxury brand and one I only ever use as a treat. I've had the lip cheat in 'Pillow Talk' for a while now and I never dared sharpen it, after it went blunt. I've now resharpened it and ready to use it more. I've decided once I've finished my 'no buy' I'm going to treat myself to something from CT.
Again, something I've had for ages and it just needs using up. I'm hoping it will also help with my dry skin. You can apply this before, during and after makeup too. So I'm looking forward to using this more.

This is new in my collection, I haven't yet used it but I thought I'd add it into the project pan to get use of some of my new products too. I've been after a makeup remover for a while now and I've never heard of this brand before, so I'm excited to try it.

I fell in love with this product when I first bought this product and then just forgot all about it. I remember it adding so much hydration to my skin so I cannot wait to start using this again. I've decided to use this every single night, just before bed so it can really sink into my skin.
The Body Shop Drops Of Light Liquid Peel | £18.00
Yet again, something I found in my collection, I hadn't used which is why it's been added to this pan. It's a facial exfoliant and I've heard so many amazing things about this product so I'm looking forward to using it myself.

I feel like I've just repeated myself throughout this post, 'my skins so dry' or 'I've never used this product' however, this one I have used, just not for a while. As you guessed it, I've added this as my skin in so dry and it's designed for dry skin, so fingers crossed it works.
Something I've been using for a while now, is this leave in treatment by Lee Stafford so I thought I'd include it. I feel like my hair hasn't grown for the longest time so I'm hoping this helps!

I absolutely love MissGuided scents and I love body mists too, I haven't yet tried this. It's new in my collection so I thought I'd add it and try get as much use out of it as possible.

The reason I hardly ever use this is due to the size of it. I much prefer hand creams that fit easier into my bag, this is huge! It needs using though so I've decided to put in on my bedside table and use it every night before bed.

I have about 3 bottles of this stock piled in my collection, along with various other shower gels so I needed to add one to this project pan. I absolutely love Soap and Glory products and I love the scent of this. Hopefully it won't be too long until this is empty!

Have you ever done a project pan before?
